Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of May 5, 2009

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on May 5, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2009-060; Patrice A. Jaskiewicz v. Executive Committee, Eastern Connecticut Emergency Medical Services Council, Inc.

 

              Patrice A. Jaskiewicz appeared on her own behalf.   Attorney Bethany F. Haslam appeared on behalf of the respondents.   No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:05 a.m., with Commissioner Dennis E. O’Connor presiding.
