Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of August 6, 2009

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following consolidated matters was held on August 6, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2009-074; David Taylor v. Chief Information Officer, State of Connecticut, Department of Information Technology; and State of Connecticut, Department of Information Technology

 

Docket #FIC 2009-075; David Taylor v. Commissioner, State of Connecticut, Department of Consumer Protection; and State of Connecticut, Department of Consumer Protection

 

              David Taylor appeared on his own behalf and participated via speakerphone.   Attorney Augustus Cavallari, Jr. and Assistant Attorney General Thomas Saadi appeared for the respondents.    No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 9:36 a.m. with Hearing Officer Mary E. Schwind presiding.
