Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of September 10, 2009

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on September 10, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Commission Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

 

Docket #FIC2009-166; Steven Anderson v. Superintendent of Schools, Derby Public Schools; and Board of Education, Derby Public Schools

              

               Attorney Daniel Shepro appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Attorney Matthew K. Curtin appeared on behalf of the respondents.  No votes were taken.  The proceedings were digitally recorded.
