Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of August 6, 2009

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on August 6, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2009-195; Joseph McNeil v. Chief, Police Department, Town of Stratford; and Police Department, Town of Stratford

 

              Attorney Clayton J. Quinn appeared on his own behalf.   Attorney Bryan L. LeClerc appeared for the respondents.  Attorney Jessica T. Boudreau appeared for the intervener.    No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:04 a.m. with Hearing Officer Mary E. Schwind presiding.
