Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of August 3, 2009

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on August 3, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2009-197; Thomas Logan, Jr. v. Animal Control Officer, Animal Control Department, City of Middletown; and Animal Control Department, City of Middletown

 

 

              Thomas Logan appeared on his own behalf.   Attorney Timothy P. Lynch appeared for the respondents.    No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:02 p.m. with Hearing Officer Clifton A. Leonhardt presiding.
