Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of September 8, 2009

 

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on September 8, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Commission Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

               Attorney Robert F. Ludgin appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Attorney John Rose Jr. appeared on behalf of the respondents.  No votes were taken.  The proceedings were digitally recorded.
