Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of September 15, 2009

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on September 15, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

              Robert Young appeared on his own behalf.  Attorney Rebecca R. Santiago appeared for the respondents.    No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:11 p.m., with Hearing Officer Clifton A. Leonhardt presiding.
