Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of September 14, 2009

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on September 14, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2009-278; Elizabeth  Benton and the New Haven Register v. Superintendent of Schools, New Haven Public Schools; and Board of Education New Haven Public Schools

 

              Elizabeth Benton appeared on her own behalf.  Attorney Kathleen Foster appeared for the respondents.    No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:10 p.m., with Hearing Officer Valicia D. Harmon presiding.
