Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of September 28, 2009

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on September 28, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2009-308; Donald Gallo v. General Manager, South Norwalk Electric and Water; and South Norwalk Electric and Water

 

              Donald Gallo appeared on his own behalf.  Attorney Barbara Coughlan appeared for the respondents.    No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:05 a.m., with Hearing Officer Victor R. Perpetua presiding.
