Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of October 7, 2009

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following consolidated matters was held on October 7, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

              Mary Ann Dostaler appeared on her own behalf.  Attorney Jean D’Aquila appeared for the respondents.    No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:43 a.m., with Commissioner Sherman D. London presiding.
