Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of October 5, 2009

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on October 5, 2009 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2009-358; Bridgitte Prince v. Karen Mehigen, Director of Human Resources, State of Connecticut, Connecticut Lottery Corporation; and State of Connecticut, Connecticut Lottery Corporation

 

              Complainant failed to appear.  Attorney Richard L. Street appeared for the respondents.    No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:15 p.m., with Hearing Officer Mary E. Schwind presiding.
