Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of March 4, 2010

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on March 4, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2009-442; Thomas Germain v. Sarah Becker, Town Clerk, Town of Old Saybrook; and Town of Old Saybrook

 

                       Complainant failed to appear.   Attorney Michael D. Cronin, Jr. appeared for the respondents.       No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:10 p.m. with Hearing Officer Clifton A. Leonhardt presiding.
