Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of June 4, 2010

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on June 4, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2009-577; Harry Gonzalez v. Chief, Police Department, City of Stamford, Records Department; and Police Department, City of Stamford

 

                       Harry Gonzalez appeared on his own behalf and participated via speakerphone.  Attorney Bert Rosenberg appeared for the respondents.     No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 9:33 a.m. with Hearing Officer Clifton A. Leonhardt presiding.
