Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of January 7, 2010

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on January 7, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Commission Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

               Attorney Thomas Armstrong appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Attorney Kevin Daly, Jr. appeared on behalf of the respondents.  No votes were taken.  The proceedings were digitally recorded.
