Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of March 22, 2010

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on March 22, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2009-620; John Carbone v. Superintendent of Schools, Clinton Public Schools; and Board of Education, Clinton Public Schools

 

                       John Carbone appeared on his own behalf.   Attorney Kevin Roy appeared for the respondents.       No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:05 a.m. with Hearing Officer Victor R. Perpetua presiding.
