Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of June 2, 2010

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on June 2, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2009-710; Thomas V. Daily v. Commissioner, State of Connecticut, Department of Public Safety; and State of Connecticut, Department of Public Safety

 

                       Attorney Robert Durbin appeared for the complainant.  Assistant Attorney General Terrence M. O’Neill appeared for the respondents.     No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:00 p.m. with Hearing Officer Valicia D. Harmon presiding.
