Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of July 13, 2010

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on July 13, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2009-774; Ian Wright v. Warden, State of Connecticut, Department of Correction, Cheshire Correctional Institution; and State of Connecticut, Department of Correction

 

                       Ian Wright appeared on his own behalf and participated via speakerphone.  Assistant Attorney General Steven R. Strom appeared for the respondents.         No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 9:42 a.m. with Hearing Officer Kathleen K. Ross presiding.
