Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of August 2, 2010

 

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on August 2, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Commission Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

 

Docket #FIC 2009-779; Bradshaw Smith v. Milo Peck, President, Board of Education, Windsor Public Schools; and Board of Education, Windsor Public Schools

              

               Bradshaw Smith appeared on his own behalf.  Attorney Gary Brochu appeared on behalf of the respondents.  No votes were taken.  The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:00 PM, with Hearing Officer Lisa F. Siegel presiding.
