Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of June 15, 2010

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following consolidated matters was held on June 15, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Commission Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

 

Docket #FIC 2010-046; Jose Calderon v. Freedom of Information Liaison, State of Connecticut, Department of Correction, Northern Correctional Institution; and State of Connecticut, Department of Correction

 

Docket #FIC 2010-047; Jose Calderon v. Warden, State of Connecticut, Department of Correction, Carl Robinson Correctional Institution; and State of Connecticut, Department of Correction

 

               Jose Calderon appeared on his own behalf and participated via speakerphone.  Attorney Nancy Kase O'Brasky appeared on behalf of the respondents.  No votes were taken.  The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 9:30 AM, with Hearing Officer Kathleen K. Ross presiding.

 

The hearing adjourned at 12:13 PM.
