Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of May 18, 2010

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on May 18, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-084; David Case v. Mayor, City of Bridgeport; City Clerk, City of Bridgeport; City Attorney, City of Bridgeport; and City of Bridgeport

 

                       David Case appeared on his own behalf.  A witness for the respondents appeared.     No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:17 p.m. with Hearing Officer Tracie C. Brown presiding.
