Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of September 14, 2010

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on September 14, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-104; Luis Fernandez v. Director, State of Connecticut, Department of Public Safety, Division of Scientific Services; and State of Connecticut, Department of Public Safety

 

                       Luis Fernandez appeared on his own behalf and participated via speakerphone.    Assistant Attorney General Terrance O’Neill appeared for the respondents.        No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 10:00 a.m. with Hearing Officer Lisa F. Siegel presiding.
