Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of July 6, 2010

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on July 6, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-173; William Myette v. Edward J. DeMarco, Jr., Chief, Police Department, Town of East Windsor; and Police Department, Town of East Windsor

 

                       Attorney Keith Yagaloff appeared for the complainant.  Attorney Joshua Hawks-Ladds appeared for the respondents.         No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:02 p.m. with Hearing Officer Clifton A. Leonhardt presiding.
