Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of August 10, 2010

 

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on August 10, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Commission Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

 

Docket #FIC 2010-182; Norman Gaines v. Joseph Gaudett, Acting Chief, Police Department, City of Bridgeport; and Police Department, City of Bridgeport

              

               Norman Gaines appeared on his own behalf and participated via speakerphone.  Attorney Edmund Schmidt appeared on behalf of the respondents.  No votes were taken.  The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 10:40 AM, with Hearing Officer Tracie C. Brown presiding.
