Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of June 22, 2010

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on June 22, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010--205; Gayle M. Hooker and the Connecticut Education Association v. Superintendent of Schools, New London Public Schools; and Board of Education, New London Public Schools

 

                       Attorney Christopher Hankins appeared for the complainants.  Attorney Richard O’Connor appeared for the respondents.  Attorney Kevin Deneen appeared for the interveners Carrie McWillliams, Alison Ryan, William Thompson & New London Administrators’ Education Association.       No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:30 a.m. with Hearing Officer Victor R. Perpetua presiding.
