Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of July 12, 2010

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on July 12, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-241; Steven Edelman v. Richard Cody, Town Attorney, Town of Windham; Jon Berk, Town Attorney, Town of Windham; Russell Jarem, Town Attorney, Town of Windham; and Town of Windham

 

                       Steven Edelman appeared on his own behalf.  Attorney Russell N. Jarem appeared for the respondents.         No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:02 p.m. with Hearing Officer Clifton A. Leonhardt presiding.
