Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of December 14, 2010

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on December 14, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

                       Joseph W. Christiano, III appeared on his own behalf.        Attorney Tatiana D. Eirmann appeared for the respondents.              No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:00 p.m. with Hearing Officer Clifton A. Leonhardt presiding.
