Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of December 6, 2010

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on December 6, 2010 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-519; Kiimberly Albright and Anthony Lazzari v. Chief, Police Department, City of Waterbury; and Police Department, City of Waterbury

 

                       Anthony Lazzari appeared on his own behalf.        Attorney Gary Rousa appeared for the respondents.              No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:30 a.m. with Hearing Officer Victor R. Perpetua presiding.
