Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of January 19, 2011

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on January 19, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-419; Richard Poulton v. Inland Wetlands & Watercourse Commission, Town of East Haven

 

                       Richard Poulton appeared on his own behalf.        Attorney Michael A. Albis appeared for the respondents.            No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:32 a.m. with Commissioner Sherman D. London presiding.
