Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of February 17, 2011

 

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following consolidated matters was held on February 17, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-584; Josephine S. Miller v. Office of the City Attorney, City of Bridegport

 

Docket #FIC 2010-593; Josephine S. Miller v. Office of the City Attorney, City of Bridgeport; and City of Bridgeport

 

                       Complainant failed to appear.        Attorney Gregory M. Conte appeared for the respondents.               No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:13 p.m. with Hearing Officer Valicia D. Harmon presiding.
