Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of April 4, 2011

                           

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on April 4, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-603; Ethan Book v. Richard Blumenthal, Attorney General, State of Connecticut, Office of the Attorney General; and State of Connecticut, Office of the Attorney General

 

                       Ethan Book appeared on his own behalf.          Assistant Attorney General Philip Miller appeared for the respondents.               No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 9:45 a.m. with Hearing Officer Victor R. Perpetua presiding.
