Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of May 18, 2011

                           

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on May 18, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-659; Adam J. Teller v. Zoning Commission, Town of Old Lyme; Board of Selectmen, Town of Old Lyme; and Town of Old Lyme

 

                       Adam J. Teller appeared on his own behalf.        Attorney Eric Knapp appeared for the respondents.               No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:35 a.m. with Commissioner Sherman D. London presiding.
