Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of July 14, 2011

                           

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on July 14, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-681; Michael Glen Smith v. Andrea Baker, Counselor Supervisor, State of Connecticut, Department of Correction, MacDougall-Walker Correctional Institution; and State of Connecticut, Department of Correction

 

 

                       Michael Glen Smith appeared on his own behalf.         Attorney James Neil appeared for the respondents.             No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 9:50 a.m. with Hearing Officer Lisa F. Siegel presiding.
