Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of May 10, 2011

                           

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on May 10, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-686; Connie Chen and Laura Piao v. Chief, Police Department,  City of New Haven; and Police Department,  City of New Haven

 

                       Attorney A. Paul Spinella appeared for the complainants.          Attorney Kathleen Foster appeared for the respondents.               No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:07 a.m. with Hearing Officer Valicia D. Harmon presiding.
