Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of August 22, 2011

                           

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on August 22, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-724; George Leniart v. Freedom of Information Officer, State of Connecticut, Department of Correction, Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Institution; and State of Connecticut, Department of Correction

 

                       Attorney Hilary Carpenter appeared for the complainant.         Attorney Nicole Anker appeared for the respondents.             No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:05 a.m. with Hearing Officer Victor R. Perpetua presiding.
