Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of October 17, 2011

                           

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on October 17, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-789; Larry McCown v. Frank Limon, Chief, Police Department, City of New Haven; and Police Department, City of New Haven

 

                      Larry McCown appeared on his own behalf.         Attorney Kathleen Foster appeared for the respondents.             No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 9:45 a.m. with Hearing Officer Victor R. Perpetua presiding.
