Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of June 17, 2011

                           

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on June 17, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2011-025; Victor J. Velasco v. Deputy Warden Cyr, State of Connecticut, Department of Correction, Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center; and State of Connecticut, Department of Correction

 

                       Victor J. Velasco appeared on his own behalf and participated via speakerphone.         Attorney James Neil appeared for the respondents.             No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 9:33 a.m. with Hearing Officer Tracie C. Brown presiding.
