Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of August 3, 2011

 

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on August 3, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

 

Docket #FIC 2011-081; Joe Wotjas and the New London Day v. First Selectman, Town of Stonington; and Town of Stonington

 

            Joe Wojtas appeared on his own behalf.   Attorney Michael E. Satti appeared on behalf of the respondents.  Attorney Donald L. Williams appeared on behalf of the intervener.  No votes were taken.  The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

            The hearing convened at 2:04 PM, with Hearing Officer, Commissioner Norma E. Riess presiding.
