Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of December 1, 2011

                           

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on December 1, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2010-157; Bradshaw Smith v. Deborah Del Prete Sullivan, State of Connecticut, Office of the Chief Public Defender; and State of Connecticut, Office of the Chief Public Defender

 

                      Bradshaw Smith appeared on his own behalf.          Attorney Deborah Del Prete Sullivan appeared for the respondents.             No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:00 a.m. with Hearing Officer Lisa F. Siegel presiding.
