Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of October 11, 2011

                           

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following consolidated matters was held on October 11, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

                      Attorney Patricia Cofrancesco appeared for the complainants.         Attorney Kathleen Foster appeared for the respondents.             No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:15 a.m. with Hearing Officer Victor R. Perpetua presiding.
