Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of September 12, 2011

                           

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following consolidated matters was held on September 12, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

Docket #FIC 2011-280; Carol Manning v. Board of Selectmen, Town of Old Saybrook; and Police Building Committee, Town of Old Saybrook

 

                       Carol Manning appeared on her own behalf.         Attorney Michael E. Cronin appeared for the respondents.             No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:00 p.m. with Hearing Officer Clifton A. Leonhardt presiding.
