Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of September 29, 2011

                           

           

An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on September 29, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2011-253; Thomas E. Brown v. Zoning Compliance Officer, Town of Simsbury; Director of Planning, Town of Simsbury; and Town of Simsbury

 

                      Thomas E. Brown appeared on his own behalf.         Attorney Robert M. DeCrescenzo appeared for the respondents.             No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 9:30 a.m. with Hearing Officer Victor R. Perpetua presiding. 

 

The hearing adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
