Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of October 18, 2011

                           

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on October 18, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2011-281; Bradshaw Smith v. Vicki L. Shotland, Executive Director, Greater Hartford Transit District; and Greater Hartford Transit District

 

                      Bradshaw Smith appeared on his own behalf.         Attorney Adam M. Kasowitz appeared for the respondents.             No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:35 a.m. with Hearing Officer Valicia D. Harmon presiding.
