Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of October 13, 2011

                           

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on October 13, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2011-285; James Torlai v. Commissioner, State of Connecticut, Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, Division of State Police; and State of Connecticut, Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, Division of State Police

 

                      James Torlai appeared on his own behalf.         Assistant Attorney General Terrence O’Neil appeared for the respondents.             No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 11:02 a.m. with Hearing Officer Tracie C. Brown presiding. 

 

The hearing adjourned at 11:56 a.m.
