Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of December 12, 2011

                           

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on December 12, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2011-298; Nicholas Mingione v. Superintendent of Schools, Branford Public Schools; and Board of Education, Branford Public Schools

 

                      Nicholas Mingione appeared on his own behalf.          Attorney Gary Brochu appeared for the respondents.                       No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:05 p.m. with Hearing Officer Lisa F. Siegel presiding.
