Minutes of the Commission’s special meeting of October 17, 2011

                           

 

            An evidentiary hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in the following matter was held on October 17, 2011 in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. 

    

Docket #FIC 2011-404; R. John Farnham v. Town Manager, Town of Rocky Hill; and Town of Rocky Hill

 

                      R. John Farnham appeared on his own behalf.         Attorney Morris R. Borea appeared for the respondents.             No votes were taken.   The proceedings were digitally recorded.

 

The hearing convened at 2:08 p.m. with Hearing Officer Clifton A. Leonhardt presiding.
